Our Qualifying Broker 

Dan Marinberg graduated from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service with a Bachelor of Science. He furthered his education by earning a law degree from Boston University.

Marinberg is an experienced attorney who previously served as a real estate partner at one of the top international firms. In this role, he developed a specialized practice representing developers, hotel operators, and lenders in complex commercial real estate transactions across the Western hemisphere. The scale of these deals ranged from several million to hundreds of millions of dollars. He has represented many of Miami's major developers.
